Shipping

After you approve QA, we pack the fixture and ship it to the address on your order. Shipping takes 3 business days.

What we send

• The fixture or cartridge, packed for transit. Small orders ship by parcel; large fixtures ship crated by freight.
• Any spares you ordered, and any materials you sent us, such as sample boards.

Tracking

We email the ship notice and tracking number to your engineering contacts as well as purchasing, so the people waiting for the fixture know it is on the way.

When it arrives

Inspect the fixture when it arrives. Report any shipping damage within 48 hours, with photos, so we can file a claim with the carrier.

On Production orders, the final invoice for labor and shipping is issued at shipment. See Invoicing.

What happens next

Once delivery is confirmed, the order is complete. See After delivery.
