Design package

When the order is complete, we share the fixture's design package with you, so you have the record of what was built.

Reorders

Your configuration stays in Studio, so a second fixture or a spare cartridge for the same design is a reorder.

New design	Full	Dev and Dev Pro: 4 weeks. Production: 8 weeks.

A reorder follows the same process with less design work. You still approve the quote, the Fixture Configuration Review, design review and QA.

Modifications and repairs

If you need a delivered fixture changed, for a board revision, new test points or a repair, we open a new order for it. We don't reopen the completed order. Start the conversation in the chat on your order page in Studio, or email hello@fixturfab.com.
