QA

Every fixture is inspected before it ships. QA starts on the last day of manufacturing, takes 1 business day, and ends with your approval to ship.

What we check

• A fixture-specific checklist, built from your design: probe placement, hold-down, locating, fixture options and accessories.
• Continuity checks, matched to the interface. We check each probe to its receptacle, wire, connector pin or TPCB net.
• Photos of every unit: front, back, top, isometric, and open and closed.

If something fails, the fixture goes back for rework and is inspected again. Every finding and its fix is recorded.

QA review

When every unit has passed inspection, we send a QA Review with each unit's checklist results, photos and any open findings.

• Approve within 1 business day to authorize shipping. This is your approval to ship.
• Request changes with notes if something needs attention. We rework the fixture and send the review again.

We don't ship a fixture until you approve its QA review.

What happens next

After you approve, the order moves to shipping.
